Every year IAESTE Czech Republic welcomes around 100 foreign trainees. Congratulations on becoming one of them. Below you find instructions on what to do now and practical information about your internship.

Important documents
Carefully read through your acceptance documents (N5). Buy travel insurance. If necessary, apply for a visa. See more details in Practical information below.

Let us know when and how you plan to arrive. Fill in your travel details in the form below using the unique code on your N5a acceptance document.

An IAESTE member will pick you up when you arrive and help you with all the practicalities.

If you change your travel plans, please let your contact person in IAESTE Czech Republic know immediately so that we can adjust your accommodation and pick-up accordingly.

Summer events for trainees
Every summer IAESTE countries all over Europe organize many events for trainees and members - you can get to know a different country every weekend! Make new friends, experience new cultures and live the IAESTE spirit!
In the Czech Republic IAESTE organizes three major events - Vltava Weekend, Prague Challenge and Moravian Weekend, offering diverse adventures, such as canooing, city exploration and partying and cycling and wine-drinking. Whichever you chose, it will be unforgettable!
